    1. This is a perfect book to start discussions on plants. It, for the most part, limits itself to the discussion of seeds only: what a seed is, what's inside a seed, how the appearance of seeds vary from plant to plant, how they are distributed, etc. There is one extension activity but I believe I will pair this one up with a Once there was a Seed by Anderson and Gordon.
