    1. I have really enjoyed this series so far, but I did not like anything about this book. Very disappointing. I could not stand the hero or heroine in this read. And what the hell is up with them being mates, and yet he has 3 kids from a previous relationship??? Mates should only be able to reproduce together. Hell, that's one of the reasons I like this genre. I don't need this bullshit! GRRRRRRRRRRRRR

    2. ☆ No spoilers and colorful language abound! What the actual fuck? I hated both these characters. He has three kids with a different woman and she is the most insecure "I'mma be mad at you but never tell you why" bitch on the block. Worst. Aside from my personal dislike of the two, I kind of like the formula to this series. It's perfect for those nights I can't sleep but need to read something quietly on my kindle until I can. These are short and fast and mostly entertaining, I'd liken it to re [...]

    3. WHAT THE HELL???the guy has 3 kids already with the other bimbo.d his mate(oh.y i say,THE DICK-WHIPPED MATE)so much easily forgive him & forget thatjust bcoz he is her mateWTF?like one sec she was totally hurt n mad about that and on the other second she was totally whipped.ting all in luuuuurve !!How i hate it(JUST HATE IT) that girl can easily forget that he didnt resist the BREEDING urgesAtleast he should've resisted all the breeding (if cant resist fucking others). And the girlOh how i wa [...]

    4. Holy shite, this author lost me at (view spoiler)[having three kids with FBuddy and saying he loves her right when he figures out h is his mate. (hide spoiler)] no sirree Bob/review/show see comments

    5. This was a really good surprise I wasn't to sure about a rabbit shifter with that being said I really enjoyed this book. Carly is a rabbit shifter who has just caught the scent of her mate who has a blond human hanging all over him. Neal who is a were-lion knows that Carly is his mate they spend six months avoiding each other or she spends six months avoiding Neal and his man whoring. I love Carly and her story is my favorite Ridgeville story so far. She does not let the fact that she is a femal [...]

    6. Hate the Hero 1 star review spoilers bewareH is a manwhore & has 3 kids with OW and doesn't inform the heroine. h finds out through H's baby mama in a confrontation in a bar rest room. Flashback to couple of months on the night H&h realized they were each other's mates:h goes into a bar smelling someone yummy (her mate)sees her mate with OW asking "you love me?" to which H replies "i do darlin'" then H sniffs h, pushes OW away and then chases after her, callin h darlin' - the same nickna [...]

    7. *facepalm*My interpretation of this story(view spoiler)[Neal (H) loves Naomi (he told her so, Carly has witness this) and has 3 cubs with her (the youngest is 6 months old). Carly (h) doesn't know about the cubs when she discover Neal is her mate, she just avoids him because she finds Neal to be too much of a man-whore to be her monogamous mate. 6 months latere mated Neal coz she couldn't control her horniness and had gotten herself pregnant. After discovering that he already has 3 cubs with Nao [...]

    8. Prepare for spoilers galore! I generally love Celia Kyle's many series, but I don't think I'm going to read any more of this particular one.In the first book we learn that twice a year shifters get super fertile, so they pretty much have orgies in effort to procreate as much as possible. Right there we know that the characters have probably been participating in these sex parties twice a year in effort to make babies. Then it is officially acknowledged that both characters have been to these shi [...]

    9. The good thing about the second book is that it's longer and finally there's some action and a plot that is getting developed and most probably is continued in the next books. Now, this story had me rolling my eyes a bit.Neal was a smooth talker, womanizer and when his mate told him what he is doing wrong for some reason he didn't get it. I am starting to see a pattern here, all male shifters want to spank their mates (horny and kinky furry mates?! - I am not sure if prior to 50 shades I've encou [...]

    10. Before I get to my review I just wanted to preface it this with a note. If your under eighteen, don't like coarse language or hard sex these books and this review are not for you.So, I stumbled across this series of books purely by accident one day. Shifter books are at the top of my list for genre of books I like to read. The thing is for the most part the books are about wolf packs. After a while when you have read a substantial quantity of them they start to get a little similar. So, I decide [...]

    11. I went back and forth about buying this. It's five chapters plus an epilogue, which, for me, makes the $3.99 price a bit of a stretch. However, the heroine is a bunny shifter and the hero is a lion shifter. The excerpt was intriguing and BUNNY/LION. I've read other books by the author and while they weren't the Best Thing Ever, I liked Kyle's writing style. So I went for it. I don't regret spending the money, mostly because the heroine, Carly, is a spitfire. She holds the hero, Neal, at arm's le [...]

    12. Really?!? Absolutely no further discussion about a man who has not one, not two, but THREE kids with the same damn women? Is it really no big deal? He could have spread his "love" around, but he obviously cared about his baby momma to keep going back to her. I really liked Carly, but she was way to much of a pushover for Neal. I wanted to scream at her to grow a damn backbone and come out and say what is pissing you off, even though I thought she was pretty clear, considering how she finds him o [...]

    13. I didn't like them as much as the whole "Maya" type novels (installment 1 & 1.5) but I didn't mind knowing about Carly.

    14. Maybe I am a bi*** but I found her to be way to forgiving after the whole bathroom thing I would have taken off.

    15. Neal and Carly's story. The Lion that's a manwhore and the bunny who wants a forever mate. Loved this story. Enjoyed there characters. Can't wait for more!

    16. Wtf. There is so much I hate about this book that I don’t even want to waste more than 60 secs reviewing it. If I could do negative stars I would. I’m not even mad that he is a manwhore. I’m mad as hell he has 3 kids and never once mentioned them in the 6 months of knowing her. How the fuck do you have fated mate but let your seed sow all whilly nilly? No no no. I’m sorry no dick fated or not will allow me to forgive that even after finding his fated mate he calls his ex the same pet nam [...]

    17. Okay that he was a manw**re, okay that he had 1 kid with a f*ck buddy, but not okay that he had 3 with the same woman, knowing he could find his mate one day, and not caring about the woman more than to have sex with her when he wanted, even if he was nice to her, he stayed f*cking her for something like 4 years and getting her pregnant 3 times (knowing she probably end pregnant), and having sex with others (not details in this but even he said that he was a slut)Then he met his mate and use the [...]

    18. This book wud no good. I thinked it had 2 doo with Hunting. -_________-Me Wife thinks I'm Gaylord now. Thanks a Lot Celia Kyle!!!!!!!!!!BTW! If U think like this U Need the Lord JEsus In ure life.

    19. This is a paranormal shift shaper romance. The second book in the Ridgeville series. A short story that can be read as a stand alone but who doesn't want the whole story. So read the rest of the series. Adults only being there is some steamy scenes. you know rabbits lol. Another amazing book by Celia Kyle, you may not know but yes I have a fetish for her chubby, strong willed women. I appreciate Carly's determination not to be second choice to anyone. She is so supportive of her friends. She lea [...]

    20. (Aug) Carly is a were-rabbit, and she discovers her True Mate is were-lion Neal. However, Neal is a player and she does not trust him, so she decides to avoid him. I don't have an issue with inter-species mating in PNR, but it does not make sense to me how a lion could be mated to a rabbit - since he's King of the jungle and she's food, way down low on the food chain. I get her hesitance to be with him, but as usual, if she'd just talked to him she'd have been able to explain why she was hesitan [...]

    21. A short, fun and entertaining read and so far my favorite of the series. The only reason why I did not 5 star it is because the male characters sound the same at times, more specifically, the dialect other than that I had fun with it :)Neal is a woman loving Texan sweetheart of a man that just loves to make them happy and (of course) feel good. But when he finds his mate his urges change, he wants to claim, mate and have her all to himself to cherish, worship and have a family with. But his litt [...]

    22. I like this story better than the first one. This is still a shifter/erotica novella however it also adds a little mystery into it as well that is to be carried into the next book. I give the story 4 stars.Carly is a were-bunny and Neal is a were-lion. This makes for an interesting match. Carly may be a soft, furry bunny but in my opinion she is a kick butt heroine. Whatever happens to her she doesn’t stop fighting and even protects others that she doesn’t like. I don’t know why but I like [...]

    23. Ball of Furry introduces us to (are you ready for it? Can we all say. . . ) were rabbit!!! Yep, our favorite sort of “‘ya gotta be kidding’ you really mean were rabbit?? character. Carly isn’t a sabretooth bunny like Miranda, but what the hey? She is still one kick-ass, silly natured fluffy tailed bundle of attitude. What she doesn’t need is a man whore for a mate, but given the Gaian Moon, a wild night shared with Neil, said man whore, Carly hops away to hide from her feelings for Mr. [...]
